About The Role

Are you passionate about Customer Service?  If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Morrison Utility Services who are the UK’s leading utility services provider in partnership with Yorkshire Water who have over 62,000 miles of pipework connecting Yorkshire's water systems together, there's certainly a lot of water going around!  Yorkshire Water provides 1.24 billion litres of drinking water every single day across one of England's biggest counties

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Adviser, you will own customer cases in relation to reported water supply problems. You will manage the customer’s expectations throughout the journey of the work and ensure issues are fully resolved.

Using your negotiation and influencing skills, you will deliver results which exceed our customer’s expectations, as quickly as possible. 

A key element of the role involves understanding processes and identifying where we are failing to follow them in respect of the individual customer you are looking after. You will then work closely with our operational and planning teams, to ensure the customer's cases can be put back on track. As such you will have strong communication skills; the ability to think clearly whilst under pressure and good organisational and planning skills.

You will be expected to demonstrate a customer centric focus throughout the customer journey and negotiate win win outcomes with our customers where a simple solution isn't possible.
