About The Role

Morrison Energy Services is currently looking to recruit an Incident Line Coordinator to work in our Head Office in Stevenage within the Incident Management Centre (IMC).

As an Incident Line Coordinatoryou will be working as part of a small team, providing first line contact for all M Group divisions and associated stakeholders for the management of incidents through productive support, and providing efficient and effective administration of Incident Management Centre functions.

As the Incident Line Coordinator your duties & responsibilities will be:

  • Taking inbound calls for Incident Management efficiently and effectively to meet the incident line service level agreements
  • Contacting the appropriate asset/property owner to arrange for repairs
  • Capturing and decision making regarding the incident severity or potential for severity
  • Coordinating incident responses and liaising with the appropriate responsible person(s) and IMC Manager, if required, via telephone
  • Reporting incident details, updates and closeouts to the appropriate client/stakeholder
  • Effective communicating with all stakeholders via SMS (text message) & email
  • Facilitating the timely return of incident reports/incident recommendations/audit non-conformance, ensuring they meet the agreed level of quality compliance before closure
  • Following up and escalating Lost Time Injuries

Skills & Knowledge Requirements: 

  • Experience within a call handling/customer service environment preferred, but not essential
  • A high level of literacy
  • IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (and Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Applicants must be able to work between the hours of 09.30am to 6.00pm, but also be flexible in order to work earlier starts for holidays and sickness cover
