About The Role

Do you have previous experience in HR administration and love to give good customer service? Morrison Utility Services are currently looking to recruit a HR Administrator to work at our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

As a HR Administrator, you will be part of our HR Services Team, who are responsible for all HR-related administration for employees of Morrison Utility Services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence

Skills and Knowledge Requirements

  • Previous experience within HR/recruitment administration is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised and ability to prioritise workload
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, creative environment
Additional Information
  • This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, which may be extended
  • Core working hours are 36.5 per week between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Thursday and 8am and 5pm on Fridays
