We are recruiting for an Operation Support Administrator to join our team working with Welsh Water based in Nelson. Please insert some detail about the specific contract or project.

As the Operation Support Administrator your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain an efficient and accurate system for ordering and monitoring all purchase orders for the contract
  • Collate and submit payroll details for the contract to Head Office
  • Coordinate the training needs for the contract and liaise with our Training team 
  • Update local records for compliance ensuring data accuracy 
  • Request and monitor the Plant and Materials for the whole contract and provide governance to the Commercial Team. 
  • Liaise with and support our Operational Teams, including Supervisors and Managers for the day to day running of the contract. 

 Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience working in an operational role within the utilities/construction sector, is desirable
  • Excellent time keeping and problem solving skills
  • Computer literate 
  • Positive attitude and a desire to deliver an excellent service
