About The Role

Morrison Utility Services are currently looking to recruit Contract Administrator to work on our Programme Works contract in Deptford, with our Thames Water contract.

As the Contract Administrator your duties & responsibilities will be:

  • Attend meetings as required and complete actions arising
  • Ensure key risks and issues are escalated immediately
  • Stock control; Stationery and office equipment
  • Responding to urgent issues that may arise and dealing with them promptly and safely
  • Managing Catering Requests for the business
  • Dealing with Cheque Requisitions
  • Collation of time sheets 
  • SHEQ management :
    • Promote and ensure that all staff display the highest possible health, safety and environmental standards and comply with all statutory, Thames Water, MGjv and Morrison standards, policies, procedures, guidance and initiatives.
    • Ensure key risks are identified and mitigated and identifying non- conformance trends and initiate actions to rectify
    • All inspections for building as required to be documented and filed correctly for audit purposes
    • Receipt of good in and goods out
    • Promote a behavioural safety approach
