Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator to work on our Thames Water contract in Esher.

As the Customer Care Coordinator, you will ensure that the Developer Services work stream for the Agility Alliance delivers a world-class health, safety, environment and well-being culture, as well as providing leading customer service and satisfaction while delivering exceptional value for money.

This is a 3-month fixed term role with the potential for it to become permanent. 

As the Customer Care Coordinator you will need to encourage customer focus at all levels within Developer Services. Support and coordinate between the planning and operational teams.

Ensure we are compliant with Agility's procedures to support the delivery of world class health and safety performance. 
 
Assist all Developer Services, South London managers in increasing efficiencies and help to identify areas of improvement and then assist in the improvement thereof. You will be required to assist with continuous improvement process. Deal with telephone and email enquiries and updates on an ad hoc basis.
