Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Coordinator to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to assist with our Virgin and Openreach contracts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client relations.
This is a fully office-based position at our Brentwood location, with occasional travel to client offices. Therefore, a valid driver's license and the ability to drive are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily operations related to Virgin and Openreach contracts.
- Liaise with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Organize and maintain project documentation and records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and other relevant activities.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and client requirements.
- Assist with problem-solving and conflict resolution as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably within the telecommunications or related industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
