Waste Water Maintenance Supervisor
East Anglia (This role offers a dynamic split between our Swavesey office and on-site work)

As part of our growth plans, we are seeking a Waste Water Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and oversee project delivery on-site, as well as managing our team of engineers and technicians.
As a Supervisor in our Water Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating a team of skilled professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing projects, ensuring compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) standards, and meeting customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to efficiently manage time sheets, annual leave, and absence, ensuring smooth operations within the team
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Coordinate and oversee project delivery works in the water industry, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health and environmental standards, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, specifications, and customer expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, resolving technical challenges and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and optimising operational efficiency.
