About The Role

Purpose:      

To organise and plan all work orders effectively in line with business KPI’s / SLA’s and Performance Commitments alongside managing customer’s expectations (SIM).

Responsibilities:

  • Check the OOH early morning Handover Log / Email to ensure emergency B&R requests are assigned for completion that day.
  • Update new B&R lines ensuring all information is captured and added to the lines, inclusive of how many days task has been outstanding e.g D1, D2.
  • Manage outstanding open hole jeopardy daily.
  • Attend conference call (On rotation to discuss any issues with operational colleagues).
  • Ensure all SDR requests are assigned and onsite by Task by 11am.
  • Manage Extension Requests through B&R agents and ensure all requests are sent via email with a valid explanation.
  • To interact with colleagues to build relationships and promote working as a team.
  • Work alongside Operational Supervisors / YW to escalate and manage any potential issues (Site visits, Highways issues).
  • Ensure all teams are effectively planned (Work load and travel time.
  • Prioritise Notice end dates and TM associated orders, escalate to Operational Supervisor if any issues.
  • Manage and update all work orders including suspend and aborted works.
  • To demonstrate MUS values and Behaviours.
