About The Role

To ensure allcommercial functions of the DwrCymru Welsh Water Network Operating Services contract is carried out in line within specific Morrison and Client policiesand procedures.

The role is workingwithin the contract Commercial team, is to provide Commercial administrationsupport to ensure all commercial delivery aspects of the contracts arefulfilled.

The DCWW NetworkOperating Services (Waste Water jetting) contract covers the North of Wales.

 

Role Purpose

·      A member of the Commercial team, led by theCommercial Manager.

·      Work costing and valuation.

·      Application for payment population.

·      Sub-contractor paperwork administration.

·      Support the production of both Weekly andMonthly cost and value reports.

·      Payroll administration.

·      Completing purchase orders

·      Processing of good received notes.

 

Experience

·      Excellent communication skills, with the abilityto communicate effectively and work with staff at all levels.

·      To be able to react to constant changingworkloads.

·      Knowledge of service delivery within theutilities sector.
