About The Role

Morrison Utility Services are currently looking to recruit Non-Household Metering Case Handlers to work on our Thames Water contract in Langley.

As a NHHM Case Handler you will be play a key role in the exciting AMP6/7 Thames Water Smart Metering contract.

As a member of this team you will be responsible for the generation, progress, administration and performance management of all Commercial Metering transactions with multiple Retailers. The role involves particular focus on manual coordination of works across multiple systems working closely with all parts of Service Delivery and Operations to enable delivery in compliance with clients challenging SLA’s.

As the Non-Household Metering Case Handler your duties & responsibilities will be:

  • Work closely to build strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders including retailers, commercial customers, scheduling, escalations and Thames Water operations.
  • Use of TWM and Cordys packages to book customer appointments by telephone and email.
  • Supporting the management of works at all stages to hit challenging Service Level Agreements
  • Manage customer complaints and escalations when required
  • Updating corporate work management systems to track work progress and maintain an accurate audit trail of works history.
  • Ensuring field teams complete scheduled work and that all details from the field are correct for billing
  • Ensure all work is progressed within SLA and that we work compliantly at all times

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

  • In order to carry out this role effectively you will be self-motivated to champion operational processes.
  • Must have a proven ability to be able to learn multiple systems and processes within a short amount of time.
  • You will focused on case management of individual jobs all the way from originally creating the job through to installation and successful recording of all details.
  • Experience of works management systems is preferred– Including CIS, JMS and Thames Water Metering System and Oracle Field Services.
  • In addition to this, you will have excellent organisational skills, time management and demonstrable negotiation skills, as you will be working to tight deadlines and negotiating across different levels within organisations.
