About The Role

Morrison Utility Services are currently looking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice to work on our Northern Region contracts in Batley, West Yorkshire.

As a Business Administration Apprentice you will be part of our commercial team who are responsible for commercial reporting on our Northern Region water contracts. The successful candidate will undertake a Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration. This will be completed within the workplace over a year.

As the Business Administration Apprentice your duties & responsibilities will be:

  • Responding to queries as the first point of contact for the team
  • Arrange meetings and other events
  • Prepare and distribute meeting papers
  • Assist our team and support directors
  • Collate performance data an enter it into databases providing an interpretation
  • Produce bespoke performance reports to order
  • Carry out general office administration duties
  • Provide full administration support to senior managers

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Driven to succeed
  • Proven IT skills - particularly Excel 

Additional Information

  • 5 GCSE’s grade 4 or above including Maths and English Language or an equivalent qualification
  • Driving licence desirable
