About The Role

M Group Services delivers a range of essential infrastructure services within the water, energy (retail and non-retail) transport and telecommunication sectors in UK & Ireland. M Group Services, a trusted employer to c. 9,500 skilled specialists working across 100 locations, operates a divisional structure aligned to its end markets.

Do you have previous experience in HR administration and love to give good customer service? We are currently looking to recruit an HR Administrator for a 6 months fixed term contract to work at our Stevenage headquarters.

As a HR Administrator, you will be part of our People Services Team, who are responsible for all HR related administration for employees of M Group Services.

As a HR Administrator your duties and responsibilities will be

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Assist in the recruitment process 
  • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence

Skills and Knowledge Requirements

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good Customer Service skills
  • Highly organised and ability to prioritise workload
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, creative environment

Additional Information

  • You must be available to interview week commencing 14th & 21st Dec, starting 4th January 2021.
  • Core working hours are 36.5 per week between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Thursday and 8am and 5pm on Fridays
