About The Role

We are seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to work in our Birmingham operations centre. You will be working within a team as an integral part of the Central Service Control and will be responsible for all customer interaction by telephone, recording accurate data into our bespoke systems. You will be recording incidents and occurrences, involved with onward reporting and responsible for the continual monitoring of live events.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving phone calls from Company employees, contractors and other external agencies
  • Data capture into the bespoke computer systems
  • Proactive monitoring and reporting on events and incidents
  • Handling of inbound and outbound calls
  • Simultaneous system operation 
  • Ensuring all data entry is accurate
  • Generating reports for clients and management
  • Working shifts 07:00>19:00 and 19:00>07:00, including weekends and Bank Holidays
You'll have:
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office products and/or other similar operating systems.
  • Ability to operate a number of different systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, individually and to deadlines
  • Previous experience of working within a Client Contact operation or environment.
  • Experience of working shifts (preferable) remaining flexible

Full training on bespoke systems is provided.
