Are you an experienced Electrical QS with a passion for leading teams and delivering high-quality projects? Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Supervisor and play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding our electrical projects to success.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of electricians, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure peak performance and professional growth.
• Project Coordination: Oversee project delivery works, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, health and environmental standards, and quality requirements throughout their lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, specifications, and customer expectations.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Resource Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor project budgets to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, resolving technical challenges and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and optimizing operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Electrical QS Certification: Must possess an Electrical QS certification.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in the water industry with a focus on engineering works.
• Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• SHEQ Knowledge: Strong knowledge of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) standards and their application in engineering projects.
• Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects within set timelines and budgets.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

Problem-Solving: A problem-solving mindset and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
