Morrison Water Services is recruiting for a Customer Coordinator to work on our Welsh Water contract in Wales.

As the Customer Coordinator you will be part of our Customer Service departmentwho are responsible for acting as the crucial link between our company and the people we serve. You are not just answering questions; you will be building relationships, understanding individual needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will need dedication to exceptional service which fosters customer loyalty, strengthens our brand reputation, and ultimately drives our success. 

As the Customer Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing queries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing tailored solutions and support throughout their journey.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to resolve customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Passionately embed our Every Customer Counts mindset throughout the team.
  • Continuously improve the customer experience by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with stakeholders, ensuring a consistent and friendly service experience.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect and empathize with customers.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about putting the customer first, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.
  • A natural team player, with the ability to collaborate across different departments to deliver exceptional service.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

  • Customer service training qualification (desired but not essential)     
  • Experience within a customer service environment      
  • Naturally collaborative
  • Excellent problem-solving skills      
  • Highly organised
  • Driving License
  • Good computer skills
